With over 15 years of joyous homemade Oriental Treats and DimSum production, Jyang-Lee Kitchens has stood out in all of Maine and the northeastern USA. We are a premier, home-based, state-licensed, female owned and operated, small food business enterprise. It has all come together to help us build our happy and loyal customer base.

Fabulous food, treats, and festival foods (including the incomparable Potsticker Dumplings in a variety of flavors) are available at numerous mid-coast farmers' markets, from Whole Foods in Portland, Maine and other locations, as well as numerous coastal Gourmet Food Boutiques and Natural Food Stores and Coops. We gladly customize production for specialty restaurants and institutions.

The hard work and our great recipes have helped to firmly establish Angela (Jyang-Lee), and her devoted husband Fred and son Colin and their business firmly on the map of good eating in our refreshingly beautiful upper New England.

The 12 year affiliation and participation in the annual Common Ground Country Fair in Unity, Maine, is the 'capper', and grand time to celebrate each year's success with newfound friends and eager eaters.
